PWS Strength & Conditioning Workouts

To prepare for our upcoming season in the Spring, Coach Luis has arranged with the Pioneer Strength & Conditioning Coach Ben Wojtas to work with the women’s soccer teams and has blocked off Thursdays 3:00-4:00pm for any returning and 9th grade players.  

These workout sessions will be held in the Pioneer Strength & Conditioning Room in the pit, every Thursday starting this week up until Winter Break.
